We provide fully furnished, high-end, affordable apartments steps to the beach ranging from one bedroom to two bedrooms. Our entire property was extensively renovated bringing you the comfort of home to our beach rentals. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable and memorable experience here in Puerto Rico.

We have gone to great lengths to make sure that you will be very comfortable in your apartment. Each one has been meticulously designed to ensure comfort and environmentally awareness. The furniture is high quality custom made from mostly recycled materials. All of the lighting is LED with has dimmer switches. Each room is equipped with adjustable ceiling fans and high efficiency air conditioning units. The kitchens have 2 burner induction stove tops, microwaves, and Keurig coffee makers. All flatware, plate ware, and cookware are included.

The bedrooms have luxury high thread count bed sheets and linens.The new pillows and mattresses provide both support and comfort. Each closet has shelving, clothes hangers and digital safes for your personal belongings.

The bathrooms have moisture extractors, frameless glass showers with rain forest shower heads. Each has bath towels, toiletries, and a blow dryer.

The main courtyard has a new outdoor shower and plenty of shade and comfortable seating. Our new egg shaped hanging chairs provide a nice place to read, relax, and unwind.

Our middle courtyard has another outdoor shower, bike racks and sitting area.

Our rear courtyard has a new propane BBQ and eating area.
